"Pros: location was excellent as it was close to the 3 sisters. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the Metropole was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Cons: We would have liked to have basic cutlery and perhaps plates in the room. You were unable to read using the bedside lamps as they were very dim. There was a wardrobe in the room, but unfortunately no hangers to hang your clothes. Shampoo was supplied but no conditioner." ~Jennifer
