"Pros: Very nice environment, the house is very clean, very comfortable, the location is very convenient, the staff are very helpful, the kitchen utensils are complete, we spent a very comfortable holiday there. Cons: There is no heating in the master bedroom. When we arrived, it was past office hours. When we called the hotel staff, they couldn't solve the problem on the same day and promised to send a heater the next morning. At nine o'clock the next morning we received the heater." ~Irene
