"Pros: 1. All we needed for overnight accommodation and met expectations. 2. Made special requests - all were immediately acknowledged on booking and extremely prompt requests met. 3. Staff efficient and personable. 4. We arrived half an hour early with no expectations were greeted- told the room was ready so we could book in-Thank you, 5. As an elderly person I asked for walk in shower - absolutely splendid- see below what could make it a little safer 6. Optional shower head was excellent - THANK YOU Cons: There was nothing we didn't like 1. Just a little suggestion the shower space could be just a little safer with a small disabled wall handle on the right-hand wall side. This doesn't need to be big just a hand hold for balance OR provide a small optional nonslip bathmat in vanity drawer - again this doesn't need to be big - it would save the towelling bathmat provided from becoming excessively wet." ~Maggie

"Pros: The location, size of the property. It had a family friendly feel to it with a generosity of little guest friendly things left in the cupboards in case we needed them, library, sauces... Outdoor clothes line was an asset as was the comfy couch to relax in and outdoor furniture Cons: A three night stay should have had a scoop or two for the washing machine and travelers do not always have shampoo and conditioner if they are travelling at sort stays. Was this an oversight by the the cleaners? Also the the two lots of notices from Booking .com and the other agent we numerous , repetitive and sometimes not relevant e.g we had paid but notices kept coming." ~Kari
