Refurbished in August, 2016, the self-contained apartment is 2 minutes' drive from beaches and the Hobart Convention and Entertainment Centre. It is 7 minutes' drive to Hobart CBD (Central Business District) and Salamanca. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, as well as a coffee machine. There is a seating area with a flat-screen TV, leather sofas and a dining area. Theatre Royal is 4.1 km from The Lookout, while University of Tasmania is 1.9 km away. The nearest airport is Hobart International Airport, 16 km from the property.
