"Pros: A really nice comfortable home to stay in whilst visiting Hobart & the surrounding areas. We were left provisions for breakfast plus cheese & beer which was a lovely surprise. A really nice place to return to after long day trips with the use of a side garden. Cons: Maybe the lack of ventilation in the bedroom, it was very hot whilst we were in Hobart, on cooler days I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem." ~Renata

"Pros: Very spacious kitchen is beautiful easy access for us to get to where we needed to be in the city without too much hassle, beds were comfy Cons: House needs some TLC just some marks on windows which could really help brighten a guests stay only major problem we had was the amount of water that would leak out from both bathrooms: Ensuite - the glass cover doesn’t really stop any water from flowing out/splashing from you onto the floor we needed to make sure we laid a towel down so we wouldn’t slip perhaps putting a drain in would help with this? Bathroom outside of main bedroom - was the worst one for leaks - would recommend checking the toilet as we weren’t sure if there was an actual leak coming from the toilet of if it was also from the shower - a drain would benefit beneficial here and there needs to be some warning or something about the step down. You think we would have gotten used to it after the week but we kept forgetting" ~Sarah
