This historic property was built in 1906 and has been refurbished to highlight the original fireplaces and stained glass windows. There is a comfortable lounge room where guests can enjoy a pre-dinner drink or morning and afternoon tea. Free WiFi is provided. The Grande Vue is located in the historic suburb of Battery Point, within 15 minutes’ walk of Salamanca Place and Wrest Point Casino. Guests can explore a variety of local wineries, and the unique wilderness areas south of Hobart. The accommodation features antique furniture and modern amenities. Each individually designed room offers a marble bathroom with heated towel rails, a mini bar, and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms include spectacular water views, and a spa bath.

Please note that this property requires a refundable $250 bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation at check-out. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with all credit card brands.
