Surrounded by 17 hectares of Kangaroo Island natural forest, Western KI Caravan Park offers air-conditioned accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. Visitors to Discovery Parks - Kangaroo Island can enjoy a hike through the forest surrounding the park. Many guests see Australian wildlife such as a koala, kangaroo or possum. You are welcome to self-cater or use the shared kitchen and covered barbecue area. There are spacious shared bathroom facilities and a self-service laundry. Gas tank refills are available. A seasonal on-site shop sells basic essential items, ice and fishing bait. A selection of Kangaroo Island wines are also available. It is 10 minutes’ drive from the Flinders Chase National Park. The Cape du Couedic Lighthouse and Remarkable Rocks are both a 40-minute drive away. It is 7 km from swimming and fishing at Hanson Bay Beach.

Please note there are no supermarkets in this area of Kangaroo Island, and stock is limited at the on-site kiosk. Guests are advised to bring food either from Penneshaw Kingscote or preferably from the mainland. Please note that there is limited mobile phone coverage available. Children from 3 years old to 16 years old stay for AUD 20 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
