Cons: Twice or more times I have had to get help with the key box. It is so frustrating because the staff say they have trouble with it. Please replace it with an easy to use box.

"Cons: On arrival there wasn't enough bath towels for the number of guests and the internet wasn't working. Once contacted both issues were resolved quickly, which was great.
There was also broken glass in the backyard, which luckily I found.
Back lawn needed a mow, which was very long."

We had everything we needed and more. The location was great - nice quiet area and only a short drive to downtown Victor Harbor.
