"Pros: The house is conveniently located to Eltham Town within 6 minutes walk. Very comfortable house with 2 stories giving plenty of space for a family reunion stay. We stayed for 2 weeks. We don't even need to turn on much air conditioning during hot days. House is cool n breezy, quiet as the windows are double glazed. Very comfortable to stay in the living area. A Clean house according to Australian standard. Well equipped kitchen allows u to cook enjoyably. Host responds very punctually. Cons: A bit vintage furniture but they are okay. Just don't expect a luxurious setting. The front door ramp might be a draw back but most houses in Eltham are like this." ~Ka
