"Pros: Didn't have the opportunity to stay. Cons: Never had the opportunity to stay there as when we tried to drop our bags off in the morning, the code to the mailbox was incorrect so never had the opportunity to enter the property. We were given permission to drop our bags off at the property before check-in time however this did not go to plan. The communication with the owner was quite terrible. When we encountered the code issue, it was said that someone would come and help us, however after over an hour of waiting since receiving that message, no one came and the owner was not answering our calls. Had to book accommodation elsewhere. The owner has since ignored all our emails and calls to try and come to a solution and when asked for a refund, only responded to the refund application (not directly to us) saying "The guest was provided the correct codes and was unable to enter the property. We were waiting for our housekeepers to be available to go and help him." None of which was communicated to us nor were the codes correct." ~Bronte
