"Pros: The property is idyllic. We even had a kookaburra come and eat dinner with us.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the lounge and terrace had enough seating for our group. The gardens are beautifully laid out and maintained. The kitchen appliances worked well. The only sad part of our stay and something to be wary of was one of our party caught her foot under the chunky hall mat and it rolled up, tripping her and in the process of falling, she dislocated her shoulder. The nearest hospital with X-ray is in Ballarat.
Other than this incident (which happened in our arrival), we can throughly recommend The Carlisle."

"Pros: Beautiful house and property it was very homely and comfortable.
Cons: The kitchen sink plug was stuck in a cavity in the sink so it made it difficult to wash dishes as there was no other plug."
