"Pros: Nothing. We were deeply disappointed about the property, it was a huge let down.
Cons: Entrance pathway to the property was through a row of smelly rubbish bins, so narrow that it was difficult to carry any luggages through. Then, it’s a set of even narrower steep stairs leading to a basement entry, it’s dangerous enough to go down without holding anything, the metal hand rail was already loose. Carrying luggages down the stairs was extremely difficult even for a fit traveller. Finally the door entry to the room, it was dark and filled with mouldy air. There was no mentioning of the exact location and surrounding areas of this property prior to our booking, no warning to travellers with inconvenience. Ventilation inside the property was very bad, mouldy air, and only 1 window in the entire property, letting in below-the-ground level of air that were dusty and dirty. No air conditioning either. With window opened, there were bugs coming through too. But window closed, the air was unbreathable. Especially with the summer heat in Sydney, it was a horrible condition."
