"Pros: Location was great. Although there are quite a few stairs to climb and no lift. Great size for a family. Plenty of room for everyone. Cons: The unit was not in the cleanest state. Not sure the floors have been mopped. I wiped them with a paper towel and it came out black. The bathroom had messy unwiped areas and some of the plates were still covered in food. We also couldn't access the garage and were told to buy batteries if we wanted to access it for parking." ~Warren

"Pros: Location & apartment was just perfect for what we needed. Private & quiet but very close to the shops & ocean. Cons: There were no spare bin liners & we ran out of dishwashing liquid. There was also only a tiny bit of baking paper & glad wrap left." ~Emma

"Pros: This property is very handy for Coogee beach and associated bars and retaurants. Also, it was close to the apartment of my partner's daughter which was great for socialising. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Cons: The proximity to the main road meant there was a fair amount of noise in the ecvening and early morning. But it was close to the bars and restaurants, so you can't have it both ways." ~Ian
