"Pros: Great layout for a double family group to hangout in the snow. The drive had been nicely cleared of snow for our arrival, and allowed us to squeeze three vehicles off the road, as per local regulations. Cons: The heating system works well, but controller needs some better instructions. It occasionally shut off during the night. Always turned back on again, but not sure what settings needed adjusting to make it stay on. Also, the upper rooms end up very warm, but this is common in chalets!" ~Tim
