"Pros: The location is just beautifiul. Lovely cottage overlooking fly-fishing dams, in lovingly cared for gardens with a backdrop of trees lining the Warren River. So many varieties of birds and ducks. We should have brought binoculars. The hosts Graeme and Jenny, who were filling in for Paul and Petrina, couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly and helpful. We arrived to a brightly burning pot belly fire with lots of spare firewood on the hearth, and a loaf of bread baking in the breadmaker. Although it was winter when we visited it was not particularly cold but still we so appreciated the electric blankets on the beds. Cons: We had such a good time that I don't like to complain at all about anything, but one improvement I could suggest is better mattresses. And I missed having a dishwashing brush - though that felt like an oversight, not a deliberate decision not to supply one. This is probably just me but I also like a bigger coffee mug." ~Marguerite
