"Pros: Easy location, in the city, walking distance to everything. Very clean. Big, accessible bathroom - good room in general for accessibility. All amenities catered to, pool towels and spare bath towels etc. nice fresh bed linen and comfy enough bed. easy self checkin and helpful staff.

"Pros: Location was central to CBD and the kitchen provisioning for guests was very good.
The king bed was very comfortable.
Room issues, like globe replacements, were handled quickly and efficiently.
Cons: Our room was an accessibity room but the bathroom lacked sufficient facilities for two people. There was only one small ledge which could hold one cosmetic bag and a free standing wire basket stand holding clean towels and loo paper. No where to hold toothbrushes. The two small hooks on the wall were insufficient to hold used 2 used towels, a bath mat, a hand towel, face washers and clothes removed for showering. My toiletries bag and clothes had to go on the floor and towels went to the balcony.
A mirror in the main room would have been convenient too.
Also my elderly partner was unable to enter the swimming pool as there were no handrails or steps to allow access which was disappointing."
