Each apartment is air-conditioned and includes an LCD TV, DVD/CD player and ironing facilities. All have en suite bathrooms and, some with a spa bat. Most feature laundry and cooking facilities. Facilities include an internet kiosk, tour desk and a garden entertaining area with BBQs. Secure basement car parking, with elevator access to all apartments, is provided. Sunshine Coast Airport is only 12 km from Coolum Seaside Sunshine Coast. It is a 10-minute drive to Peregian Springs Golf Club.
