"Cons: Key pickup - the locked PO Box was open and full of junk mail. The key was there but the plastic swipe card had broken corners soo kept coming off the key ring ( lucky not to lose it)
Also another set of keys would have been helpful, someone had to keep leaving the apartment to let others in.
NO REMOTE TO THE CARPARK and NO WAY TO MANUALLY ENTER IT. Very irritating to not park at the apartment block. The street is very busy and almost impossible to park in.
INSIDE- nice apartment, clean and tidy. But the light switch in the ensuite is stuck on with tape, it didn’t always work or turn off first go. The TV was on a stand but the wall Mount was still on the wall, very ugly.
The owner was contactable and said he would pay for parking on the street if necessary, so that was a relief."
