The reception is not open around the clock. Opening hours on weekdays until 18:00, on weekends until 13:00. In case of arrival later than the specified time, you must use the phone next to the reception desk to get the code for the safe with keys.

The room key will be stored in Key Safe located opposite to Reception desk, in an envelope containing a welcome letter in which guests will find all instructions to get to your room safely, a map of the Resort, and a little map of Palm Cove to find the essentials after your arrival. A telephone close to the safe is available to contact after-hours service which will give access to the safe.
