An Adorable Apartment On Abbott - Stunning Views

"Pros: This is a very spacious apartment in a fantastic location with beautiful views. We loved the sunroom off the living room and master bedroom and that you could see the view while lying in bed! It's great having two bathrooms and we showered in the second one as it's separate, rather than over the bath as in the ensuite. It has an excellent laundry. It's handy to the lagoon pool and cafes and was a very short walk to the pick up point for the bus transfer to the Smithfield depot for the Skyrail to Kuranda.
Cons: There is only one lift in the building and, unfortunately, it was out for four of the five days we stayed - quite inconvenient for a fifth floor apartment!
While it has a good kitchen and plenty of coffee mugs and beer glasses, it could do with some more equipment, eg a set of all purpose wine glasses, a paring knife, and scissors.
It'd be good if the host would check if the sofa bed in the living room is required. We didn't use it and had to fold it up to have somewhere to sit and watch TV."

"Pros: Location was perfect. Short walk to the Esplanade and a stone throw from the Casino and Hemmingway's/port.
Very comfortable beds with good size rooms, shower, ensuite and lounge. Great size for 4-6 people.
Lock up under cover parking with designated parking bay close to lift
Cons: No BBQ on the balcony, would be good to have the option of 2 x singles in one of the bedrooms, too close to the Casino:)
Issue with the dishwasher not being properly cleaned from prior rental but sorted straight away"
