"Pros: This was truely a five star location with the 270 degrees view. The apartment has great accessibility, and my communication with the owner was never delayed. On arrival I had provisions provided( milk, coffee, biscuits, bathroom necessities, laundry liquid, etc., Coffee capsules for the DeLonghi's Nespresso machine! )As listed on the booking platform everything is true. Tv's in both Lounge and Bedroom, but not smart-tv. The aircon worked well and the owner assisted me immediately with instructions via e-mail communication. !!The WiFi was excellent!! The place was very clean, dusted well, no problem with any allergy. This apartment is very quiet and private, but you can watch the port or the town from the balcony. It is a spacious apartment and the bedroom was well proportioned with the wardrobe and bedside tables. I particularly liked the separate ambient lights within the apartment. During the night great block-out blinds assisted, but through the strip-windows it was still interesting to watch the night lights of Cairns, you just can not get enough of that view! I particularly liked the style of furniture in the apartment, round tables and solid chairs and chaise-lounge couch. Comfortable bedding, not too soft, not too firm. Towels provided for the pool as well. The laundry facilities are excellent in the apartment, washer and dryer as well as clothes-airer. Travel brochures, books to read, they all assisted with my stay. The facilities in the complex are well maintained and the swimming pool has a great view of the marina. This was a cruise-ship March and one can watch them coming in and leaving the Port of Cairns from the balcony. One morning I also had a friendly kookaburra resting on the balcony railing! I had a relaxing time at the ReefPad and I consider booking it again, if available for my schedule. Cons: Tv's only had local channels, no USB-port access on them, no streaming access, they are not smart tv's. There was a HDMI cable provide, I had no device to link. No luggage stand for your suitcase, I was able to sit it on 2 chairs." ~Ilona
