"Pros: We stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment in Canberra and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Braddon, just a short stroll to all the great pubs, cafes, and restaurants. It made getting around incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself is nicely styled and well-fitted out, with thoughtful touches and a clean, modern feel. Self check-in was smooth and straightforward, and having free secure parking was a big bonus. It was great to see the host has taken some feedback on board and added a bedside lamp, which was appreciated. Cons: The bedroom is quite small and doesn't fully close off from the rest of the apartment, which affects privacy. The bed is a small double and wasn’t comfortable for two adults - definitely something to consider if you're traveling as a couple. The bathroom setup could use improvement too, as the shower isn’t separated from the rest of the space, causing water to go everywhere, which can be quite hazardous. A shower curtain or screen would make a big difference. Another minor issue was the washing machine - it wasn’t intuitive to use and had no instructions, which made it tricky to figure out the settings" ~Kirsten
