Derwent Vista has absolute waterfront on the Derwent River and offers self-contained accommodation with free wired and wireless internet, a private patio and lovely river views. Guests can relax in the garden, down by the water where a table is provided or enjoy a meal in the BBQ area. Derwent Vista Austins Ferry is 2 minutes’ walk from the Austins Ferry Yacht Club, Weston Park and Austin Park. Hobart is a 25-minute drive, and Hobart Airport is a 35-minute drive away. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. It has a new heat pump and a living room with a TV, DVD player and stereo.
