"Pros: The number of beds was great for a big group. Great location - within walking distance of the beach, surf club, and the esplanade. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Cons: A few maintenance issues. There are a couple of cupboard doors broken in the kitchen. The second floor ceiling has a pretty severe leak, which worsened over the duration of our stay. The property managers were notified and let us know that they were already aware of the issue. The guests on the third floor used the bathroom and toilet on lower floors to avoid making the issue worse, which was inconvenient at busy times. Considering the cost to stay at the property, this was disappointing." ~Samantha
