"Cons: I know booking.com is a big company. This time, my experience was horrible. I did compliant to customer service and was promised by Ms. Liudmila 1-888-850-3958 she spoke with her supervisor. My issue was to waste four and half hours trying to locate the property and no where to be found. Even with the local hotels clerk's help. She told me after I submitted my paid invoice, I should receive the 'Relcation Cost". I still let Booking.com handled our hotel with a lesser quality than I have booked and more expensive. The Relocation cost was about $120 USD. As of today, I have not received any refund or credit. I did received a promotion reward email and asked me to verify my email and I did but received any credit.
This is a poor customer service. I still want my credit because I paid for the hotel I booked and no hotel existed." ~Mei
"Pros: Loved that the beach was right there in front of hotel. Loved the hotel vibe and layout of hotel, the colors, the pool. Room was comfortable.
Cons: Wished there was a hot tub. Studio room was a little tight (after coming from 1 bedroom at the Divi)." ~Denise
