"Pros: I like the location is in the heart of the city. Even though air conditioning is not functional due to building management has the seasonal rule to conserving its energy. Great initiative. Hyur management and staff gave me electric fan to satisfy my needs. The weather is nice and cold anyway. The kitchen facilities is fully functional and complete of utensils etc. I cooked food that local market offers. The extra pillow in the cupboard doesn’t have sheet cover so I washed it to be useful. The toilet is very spacious as well. It’s quiet and with security guard on the lobby."
