"Pros: The place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location was close to city centre. It was a perfect choice for our family of four. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped, it has washing machine, working tv and balcony was great for hanging our clothes. In a sunny day you can see Ararat from the balcony.
