"Pros: I liked the location of the property and that it had enough bathrooms. Cons: The host was kind in the beginning and gave us keys and even helped us order food. The next morning, we awoke to take a shower and realized there was no hot water. They blamed it on the city but their technician had to come out twice and finally turned it on. The blanket was dirty and he brought someone to clean it at the house in which we were staying. In addition, he had someone clean the hallway windows using the water in our room. It was so uncomfortable but he didn’t think it was a big deal and even brought someone to inspect the door. In addition, we discovered the hallway windows were being shared by next door neighbor who popped out of his window. It was very uncomfortable. We were on vacation and he didn’t understand that all this should have been done before the guests arrive. It was very hard to get through to the host. There were two other people involved and you didn’t know who to reach. There wasn’t enough toilet paper and it took a day to respond. I finally went and got the toilet paper myself. When I asked for a receipt of the total amount I had to pay, they acted like they didn’t know what it was and had to ask them approximately 5 times to provide me with a receipt.
