Median Hotel is located in the business and historical center of Yerevan. Within walking distance are the Yerevan Opera House, the State Art Gallery of Armenia, Swan Lake and Severnyi Avenue, as well as Mashtots Avenue, Cascade and Republic Square.

Hotel "Median" was opened in May 2019 and until December 1, 2022 was called "Unique".
It features a 24-hour front desk, a transfer service and free Wi-Fi on the territory.
If you are traveling by car, you can park in paid parking zone. If you are planning excursions, consult the tour desk of the hotel.
Convenient for guests with disabilities: an elevator takes guests to the upper floors. Other services are available to guests. For example, laundry and ironing services. The hotel staff speaks English and Russian.
