"Pros: To make it short for those who dislike reading long posts: It was fabulous! Let me start with the hosts. Mr. Arthur and his wife were kind and friendly, creating a family atmosphere. Mr. Arthur ensured we arrived safely at Zvartnots Airport, sharing the location via WhatsApp and as a voice message, so the taxi driver would have no excuses. My mother and I were warmly welcomed and introduced to our cosy accommodation. It was spacious enough for two people, with a small studio, one bedroom, and a washroom. It felt like renting a fully furnished apartment. They took care of every detail, providing shampoo, toothbrushes, and everything you might need in the kitchen. After giving us the WiFi password, they surprised us with a medium-sized basket of cherries and apricots in the refrigerator, along with two bottles of sparkling water. Their generosity didn't stop there; they offered us a medium basket of apricots from their beautiful garden three times. The entire house is quiet, though you might occasionally hear their sweet and polite grandchildren. We enjoyed their company when sharing the garden with the family. Mr. Arthur and his wife were helpful until the last minute, making our stay enjoyable and satisfying. They kindly explained how to get to the city centre (Komitas) by bus No. 52, which takes about 45 minutes during peak times, but who cares when the bus is comfy, air-conditioned, and has free internet? On the day of our return home, Mr. Arthur kindly booked a taxi through the GiGi app to reach the airport (it cost exactly 3000 AMD). There is a shop close to the apartment where you can find almost everything except vegetables, which are limited (we could mainly buy tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and potatoes). However, they have fresh baked bread, which was a bonus. City Yerevan is reachable by a 20-minute walk or by bus No. 52. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find a clothes washing machine available for apartment guests. Cons: Honestly, there was nothing that made me feel something was missing or ruined my experience." ~Haroutioun

"Pros: Personal room with a price of bed in a dorm (or just a little bit higher). View from a window (street crossing, bus stop, people walking). It was 6th floor, so the street noise was not a problem. Sturdy chair and table. Administrator Alik is really welcoming and ready to help with everything. Cons: Pillows are pretty loose and thin.
