"Pros: Good location - very close to subway - less than 100 steps, then around 20-30 minutes to get to the city center. Couple of big 24/7 supermarkets nearby, 24/7 pharmacy in the same building. Everything is very clean. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Fridge, washing machine, air conditioner worked fine. Table could be transformed into full size one which was very convinient. Very helpful hosts Naira and Vagan, we asked for additional bed sheets and some other minor things and were provided the same day. Thanks for everything! Cons: Very noisy street, windows are not soundproof, so it is loud even when the windows are closed. Not a lot of space for cooking, apart from bar counter which is not comfortable to use for that purpose." ~Blind2702

Cons: The smaller bathroom sizes and inconsistent stocking of basic amenities fell short of expectations. The absence of breakfast and complimentary drinking water also detracted from the stay. Additionally, the property is somewhat hard to locate on Google Maps—better calibration of its listing would be beneficial.
