"Pros: It is a wonderful appartment. Stylish, spacious, comfortable. I felt like I lived in my own flat. No concerns from hosts, no overcalling, no disturbing. Just us and Yerevan)). I had thought to book a room in the hotel before we decided to book this apartment and you know what I haven’t regretted even a minute that I didn’t. I was worried I didn’t get service as in a hotel, but eventually I recognized I didn’t need it, bcs of the apartment in the center and I can get any service nearby and I don’t need to pay for extra service which I would not use as it could be in hotels. So, I really spent amazing time there and didn’t have to waste time on a road to see some sights: almost all well-known Armenian spots were around me. Kudos!!! Thank you so much.
