"Pros: This is wonderful apartment in Yerevan! Everything is brand new, very nice modern furnishings, very clean. The building is in great location, right near a big public transit hub, a big shopping centre, restaurants, all you need, etc. But it's set back on a quiet, calm residential street that is very peaceful. There's a really nice communal courtyard for guests to use. The host is excellent, very gracious and responsive. 10/10 across the board! Highly recommended! Apartment is clean, cosy, quiet, well equipped and close to underground (you cannot overestimate it taking into consideration traffic jams in Yerevan), photos are very accurate. WiFi is fast and stable. It's a very, very good place to recharge after a day full of intensive sightseeing.
