"Pros: Eva (host) is very communicate, helpful and welcoming. Apartment is clean, cosy, quiet, well equipped and close to underground (you cannot overestimate it taking into consideration traffic jams in Yerevan), photos are very accurate. WiFi is fast and stable. It's a very, very good place to recharge after a day full of intensive sightseeing.
