"Pros: The room was comfortable enough, the access to fridge and kitchen (cups, utensils) was nice. Cons: The climate control in the room did not work so well, so it was a bit cold at times, especially near the window. "Pros: The person who contacts you and Arthur are very kind and attentive. You will be in great hands. You can even arrange with them your transportation to and from the airport. The location of the department is very good, as you’ll be close to everything you need (pharmacy, supermarket, food court, etc) and it is also near the city’s center at a very nice walkable distance. You will also have everything you need at the apartment (comfortable/acceptable bed, a bathroom to yourself, towel, kitchen supplies, an iron, WiFi, etc) which is great for travel, especially work-related trip. Cons: However, I was a bit surprised when, coming up to the department, I was indicated there had been a change. And as it turned out, the pictures displayed at the webpage do not match the room they’ll give you. Which is of course a bummer, because it is not what you paid for. The room or the bathroom are not as nice as promised via Booking (although they are acceptable at best). Honestly I didn’t complain because I had no other choice yet I ended up having a good stay (and Arthur is a great and kind guy). But it is something I would warn about" ~Julián
