When I booked this place, communication with Host was just wonderful from the very first moment. He was responsive, professional, very kind, caring and helpful. For me this is priority to have good communication, so I instantly felt good. Location of the apartment is exceptional. It is right on Cascade the must see place in Yerevan. You have tone of good restaurants and cafes around, everything is in a walking distance, yet apartment is very quiet. Keys handover is via secure box - super easy and convenient. Apartment is big, comfortable, very clean, has some unique furniture that we really loved. Host helped us booking our taxi to airport in the middle of the night, which being 4 girls again made me feel very safe and comfortable.
