"Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. The landlady is the most polite person of Armenia. She is very helpful and hospitality was great. I sincerely recommend.
Cons: The location is a bit far to the center but the taxi system was cheap so it is a problem just for people who doesn't like to walk."

"Pros: We got in very early and they let us check-in at no extra cost. That was much appreciated. The location is great if you don’t mind walking, about 15-20mins to the center. They also let us do laundry as well which was very helpful. The staff was hospitable and quick to respond to our requests for the first half of our stay, but was not able to reach them near the end of the stay.
Cons: The whole building ran out of toilet paper. When we asked about it, we did not get a response and all the guests were out of toilet paper for at least 2 days."
