"Pros: Our group of 10 had an amazing time at this beautiful villa! The house is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. One of the highlights is the large private pool in the garden, which must be incredible in warmer months—unfortunately, since we visited in winter, we couldn’t use it, but it still added to the villa’s charm. The location is excellent—close to the city center yet in a peaceful area. The outdoor dining space and balcony with city views made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we loved having the option to cook and barbecue together. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers and making sure we had a smooth stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Yerevan—it's a fantastic choice for a group stay! 10/10, we would love to come back again" ~Ebi
