"Pros: The facility was perfect, kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, washing machine, Drying Rack, Iron with iron table, microwave and mini fridge was all provided. Flat Screen LED TV With Netflix, Youtube .... etc was included free of Charge. Free WIFI provided in each flat Seprately. Extra Duvet, bed sheets, Towels was provided. Playground was infront of building, very safe area. grocery store was cross the road, bakeries, restaurants and shops minutes away. Not very far from Republic square and the cascade complex and most of the attrractions and shopping malls withing 10 - 15 minutes away. definitely will comeback to this place in my next stay in yerevan. Cons: The sofabed was little bit stained could use some cleaning." ~Mashael

"Pros: The host: Tigran and Artak are responsive people who are happy to help at any time. On the day of arrival, Tigran met us at the airport early in the morning, took us to an intermediate hotel before check-in time, returned at 12:00 when the apartment was ready and took us to the apartment. They provided a rental car for the duration of the vacation at an affordable price and conditions. Tigran brought us to the airport at night on the day of our flight home. Excellent location: 20 minutes walk to Republic Square, 10 minutes to the metro, 5 minutes walk to the central market of Yerevan; Shopping: across the street bakeries, fruit shops, meat and fish shops, grocery stores." ~Dzianis
