"Pros: Location is very near to the Republican Square. I didnt stay in the appartement which is shown on the pictures. Owner has two or three appartements in the same area. I got a nicer one on the 10th floor with a nice view. Host is very nice and helpful! Cons: A bit more more equipment in the kitchen would be nice. Carpet in the bedroom smells strange. Due to the high demand of B&B and appartements in Yerevan due to invasion of Russians who fled from mobilization all the properties in Yerevan are overpriced." ~Roger
