"Pros: I booked the apartment late in the evening due to an unplanned stay in Yerevan. Shortly after, the owner called to let me know that the apartment I booked wasn’t available, but they kindly offered me another one located right behind Republic Square for the same price. The apartment was super comfortable and very clean. The owner was nice and polite, which made the whole experience even better.
