Cons: Actually, description was ambiguous: contrary to expectation, the toilet, bathroom and kitchen were shared (with the hosts and with the renter from the other room that is hired within the property), not private." ~Yordan

"Pros: The apartment was spacious and lovely. Wonderful view of the mount Ararat from the living room. Located 15/20 mins walking to the city centre but just 5 mins to the metro. Towels provided. Supermarket just down the road. The owner was very helpful and responding to my questions. Good WiFi connection. Cons: The TV box was a bit weird to use, I could watch a few channels only. The owner complained about us not throwing away the rubbish on the street bins (we were in rush when we left and I think it's up to them when cleaning after guests leave). Some more essentials could be provided, e.g oil and shower soap. Just a small bottle of shampoo and body shower provided for 5 days for 3 people. When I asked for more, I've been told it was only courtesy. I would suggest to provide some more. However, these are small things. We had a good time in the apartment. Very recommended" ~Paolo
