"Pros: A very beautiful place! The view from the windows and from the terrace to the mountains was simply amazing. Large well maintained private area with a garden. You can park your car on site. There are several rental houses on the territory, each has a gazebo where you can eat outside. There is also a shared bonfire and barbecue area. The children really appreciated the small outdoor playground. We stayed here in the spring and the pools are probably being installed in the summer. The house itself was small, rather austere, containing only the bare necessities. I can note the comfortable beds, the linens are spotlessly clean. The house was clean. Toilet and shower are ok. Possibility to turn on electric heating in each room if needed. The owners are very hospitable and helpful, always in touch. Cons: Really small kitchen which is not very suitable for long stays and self catering. Stove with one burner. Few dishes. There is not a lot of space and furniture for eating inside. It would be nice to add more dishes and an electric kettle." ~Yulia

"Pros: We had a wonderful stay (2 nights) at Sirans Guest House while traveling Armenia. The owners are really lovely and we felt at home right away. Communication mostly through Google translate and with the son vis WhatsApp who was available all the time and arranged a taxi for us to drive us to a trailhead for a hike and the bus for our return to Yerevan. Great room, very clean and comfy mattresses. We highly recommend the dinner and even tried their local wine. We would definitely stay here again!" ~Anonymous
