"Pros: Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were grateful to get an early check-in when we arrived. The manager kindly helped me to get the Yandex app started. Cons: The receptionist was not helpful. We asked for directions to the Visitor information centre, she brought it up on Google maps and said it is only a five minute drive. We didn't have a car so we asked if there was a shortcut to get across the river. She said no, you follow the road, which made it a very long walk, over half an hour. We found out the next day that there are a couple of shortcuts; too late for us, we had already decided to leave the place." ~Anne

"Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable, and the position useful to reach the centre with a short walk. The lady host is very sweet, she made me tea from the herbs of her garden as I was not feeling good. Great experience!" ~Isabella
