"Pros: The location and the cleanness was wonderful. Staff were very friendly. The bathrooms were renovated and clean. Cons: There's no swimming pool in the hotel building and the spa and swimming pools are located across the street and at the check-in we were told as we done our reservation by Booking.com there's an extra entrance fee around 35$ for one person to use the swimming pool or sauna or other facilities. The refrigerator was not working. There is no heating system in the rooms if the rooms are cold. We were charged for a 9 years old child to use the sofa in the Deluxe king Room ( no pillow for sleeping ) but in the policy there was written it will be charged for above 13 years." ~Arm
