"Pros: Great location, in heart of Yerba Buena (1 block from main dance club, next to a chill outdoor bar that many local girls attend). Cool aesthetic for a private room! It's a converted cargo container (newish) and has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hostel/bnb. Really it's good. Had towels, shower, A/C. Good balcony area for the top container. Most Argentine staff are lovely, and no exception here - very enjoyable, spoke with them quite a bit. Cons: My particular shower didn't drain super quickly & then the water level rises, which can spill out of shower basin. Manageable, but they probably need constant vigilance on that drain (or bigger drain hole). The shower was also not gross at all (unlike many bathrooms at hostels in Argentina). That said, the container is new-ish. The nature of shower humidity inside a cargo container probably will create a mold challenge in the longer run. The air is so dry in area, they should be able to manage if they attend to it -- air it out, maybe use ozonator on occasion. I loved the pelican staircase up to the top container (fun/cool-looking), but maybe not ideal for some. Also I found the rate no issue, but I suspect it's a bit premium for many. My feeling is it is worth a premium, especially for a shorter stay, but for 1 week or so, maybe not. Maybe that's good - more people can enjoy this cool spot I found the live music played outdoor no issue at all to sleep (it was muffled quite a bit by container), but sound was present so some people might not prefer it. I loved being that close and still being able to sleep well. The excellent bed certainly helped" ~Edward
