"Pros: Daniel was an excellent host,very helpful and responsive to any questions we had and went out of his way to help us.The accommodation was very clean comfortable . The nearby secure parking was good. Cons: Unfortunately, we had a bad experience when we checked in. There was a total power outage while we were in the lift, so we got stuck in a very hot, tiny lift with no air for half an hour which was a very stressful experience. We were rescued by the lift service company following many phone calls by Daniel. The power was out for 4 hours so we had no air-conditioning or lights in 35 degree heat and humidity. This situation was all outside of Daniel's control. He went above and beyond to compensate for the inconvenience which we appreciated. The accommodation is next to a very busy, noisy intersection." ~Ron
