"Pros: - Ana was super friendly and helpful! - The view was amazing! - The apartment was clean and well maintained. - WiFi was excellent. - There is a laundry service that picks up your clothes and drops them off 24 hours later which was super useful! - We ended up arriving a night later then our booking and they offered us a voucher for the night we missed which was extremely generous of them! Cons: We had a good stay but there were a few things that could have been better. - Communication before we arrived wasn't great. We had to change our plans and it was quite difficult to get ahold of anyone to let them know. - We followed Waze to get there and ended up going the wrong way. It would have been good to have gotten a notification a week before with directions. The apartments are located on a dirt road which isn't ideal. - We travelled with 2 small children and it would have been nice to have had playground equipment. - More hooks and shelves would have been useful. - The shower door only covers half the shower so water goes all over the floor.
