"Pros: Lovely room with plenty of natural light. Panoramic 180 Rooftop terrace. Cons: Booked through booking.com with no deposit needed and payment at hotel. On the 14 March I receive an email from O2 Iguazu Hotel asking for full payment when our trip was almost a month away! Why? We still don’t know! Even though I explained to them that we booked with condition to pay at hotel they kept insisting to pay. So of course we paid as they kept sending emails every single day. When we arrived at hotel they were going to charge is again and pretended they are not understanding what I was telling them. They need better trained staff with a good spoken English!" ~Mary
