"Pros: Great Location and Clean. Staff very helpful if you need anything. My negative comments is something out of their control I understand Cons: Shared Kitchen is not a kitchen for cooking. Only a kettle and Microwave. I booked this place because I can cook food at home since I was staying for 8 days but at the end I could not cook anything. I feel this is false information as advertised. The common areas have a lot of flies which is very annoying when trying to eat your breakfast. After 4 days I asked to get my towel replaced as they did not dry in the room and I was told it only gets replaced after 7 days. Who use the same towel for 7 days? Advertised Yoga available but only happens once a week. Shower gel in the shower have not been refilled for last 3 days I was staying there." ~Alewyn

"Pros: Excellent location for a bike park or snow sports holiday. The apartment is across the street from the main gondola station. Within easy walking distance of shops/bars/restaurants. There is a mini-market on the ground floor of the apartment building. The apartment is well equipped with a good washer/dryer and drying rack. The apartment is spacious and has 2 good sized shower rooms. Key handover was hassle-free and Ricardo is very friendly and helpful. The provision of a parking space was also very helpful. Cons: Air-conditioning would be a nice addition." ~Malcolm
